Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Domestic Free Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $70 within the contiguous United States.

Orders under $70 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Free shipping does not apply to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • American Samoa
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

International Shipping

At this time, we are working on international shipping options on our website. 

Shipping to Europe & Canada

We are pleased to offer shipping to most European countries and Canada.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the carrier's current rates.
  • Import duties, VAT, customs fees, and other taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • Any applicable VAT, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by local customs authorities or the shipping carrier upon delivery.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier service levels.

For customers outside the United States and Europe, selected DAMO BREW products may be available through our Etsy shop.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Carrier delays
  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@damobrew.com and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain locations due to carrier limitations, legal restrictions, or fraud prevention measures.
