At DAMO, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Include proof of purchase or order number

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, as well as size exchanges based on inventory availability.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Used or washed items

Natural Materials & Product Variations

Many DAMO BREW products feature natural materials, including solid wood handles and handcrafted components. As a result, variations in wood grain, color, texture, and markings are natural characteristics of the material and make each piece unique.

Product photos are intended to represent the overall style and finish of the item, but the exact appearance of the wood may vary from piece to piece.

Returns or exchanges based solely on natural wood grain, color variations, or other inherent characteristics of the material will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us at hello@damobrew.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
