DAMO BREW takes its name from the Chinese word “打磨” (dǎmó) — the act of refining something through time, care, and repetition.

Founder's Note
There was a point when making coffee stopped being routine and became something I looked forward to.

I started noticing how much the experience changed depending on what I was using. Some objects felt right. Others didn’t.
That awareness became the foundation for DAMO BREW.
